Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

If you need to return a product(s) you must notify Olimpico Sports Group customer service within 7 days from the date the goods were received. 
Made-to-order products can not be returned.

 

REASONS for the return?

Faulty or Damaged stock, no fees will apply. Full refund less the shipping amount will be refunded.
Purchasing Incorrectly a 30% re-stocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.
Change of Mind a 30% re-stocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.


WHEN do items need to be returned?

Within 14 days.

 

HOW do customers return items?

Please contact us before returning any products. We will provide a return code which needs to be provided with the returning item(s).

 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Our customer service team will provide details of where to return your item. 



SHIPPING for returns?
Customers will have to pay for a returning item unless permission is given by our customer service team. The return number must be provided with your return.



Packing up your returning item?

Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped and must not have been used. If goods are found to be not as shipped or found to be used, a 30% fee may apply. If goods are not shipped back in their original packing or box, a 30% fee may apply.
 

REFUND / CREDIT / REPLACEMENT for returns?

Once received by our warehouse, we will notify you regarding your refund, credit or the replacement of goods. If you have made an order by any of our sales channels, then the refund is processed by the sales channel and not Olimpico Sports Group. The timeline in which the refund will show back into your bank account will be determined by the sales channel and the bank to which the refund is being returned.
