If something’s not right with your order, no worries — we're here to help. Just notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Important: Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

- Faulty or Damaged Goods: ✔ Full refund issued (minus original shipping) – No restocking fee
- Incorrect Purchase: âś” 30% restocking fee deducted from refund
- Change of Mind: âś” 30% restocking fee deducted from refund

- Notify us within 7 days
- Return items within 14 days of receiving them
📦 How to Return an Item
- Contact our team first — don’t send anything without approval
- We’ll issue a Return Code
- You’ll receive the correct return address
- Include the return code with your return package
đźšš Who Pays for Return Shipping?
In most cases, return shipping is your responsibility.
If approved, we may cover the return freight. No return will be accepted without a valid return code.
🔄 Condition of Returned Goods
- Goods must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging or boxes
- 30% repacking fee may apply if packaging is missing or damaged
- Used or non-original condition items may receive partial refunds or be refused

Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of your refund, credit, or replacement outcome
- Marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, etc.) are refunded by the sales platform
- Refund timelines depend on the platform and your bank
