“In stock” means available either in our warehouse or from our supplier. We may ship from either location depending on availability.

Our system regularly syncs with both our internal databases and supplier feeds to update stock levels as quickly as possible. However, from time to time, discrepancies may occur. If an item you order is found to be out of stock, our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives or next steps.

📦 Tracking Numbers

A tracking number may be issued when the consignment is booked, not necessarily when shipped. A “Courier unable to pick up” status does not mean the order is cancelled, but simply that the item is not ready for pick up.
